Product information "Load - Tattoos & scars, LP black, lim. 500"
Growing up through the 70's and early 80's, young, out of work and fucking angry, like most of the youth in Britain we spent our time hanging around the corners, never far from trouble, going to gigs, drinking and being influenced by bands like the "Sex Pistols", "Sham 69", "Cockney Rejects" and "Motörhead" to name a few...
As the years went on we all got jobs and raised our families, still with a middle finger stuck up at the system and its corrupt leaders.
Jump forward 30+ years and the kids have left home and three, still angry old fuckers decided to dust off the instruments and in 2016 "LOAD" were born!
"Older none the wiser, the spirit still lives on", three old Fuckers who should know better but don't! Messing around playing cover of songs we loved back in the day, realising the scene was still going strong we decided to start writing our own material and this vinyl is the result of that!
No politics or religion, just all out rock thuggery, played with a passion and conviction which is as meaningful now as it ever was!
"Yeah we're fuckin' old but we're still in your face, this one goes out to the faithful crew."
Stick this album on, turn it loud and have a lovely cup of tea!

Havin a say and havin a laugh! (Spirit of the Streets)Tracklist:1. Tracks:1. Maschinegewehr2. 15 Oi/Streetpunk anthems... very British, very old school and with accurately dosed chorals and singalongs! "Back with a band" is all you can say! The Englishmen deliver a very powerful album and score with varied songs like "I don't fucking care", "Streets of Gold" to "Brave new World" not only lyrically! As a special treat, Roi Pearce/Last Resort shares the mic with shouter Andy on "Working Class Boys".A must for all bootboys and streetpunks who love the classic English sound and "just" want a great album for our scene! "Saturdays Heroes from Sweden is a high energy mix of great Punk Rock bands such as Dropkick Murphys, Bouncing Souls, Street Dogs & Rancid, but also with a poetic influence from artists like Bruce Springsteen & Johnny Cash" The band in their own words and they`re damn right! Four swedish youngsters from a smalltown called Finspang are ready to conquer Europe (and maybe the World too!). Founded in 2008, the SATURDAY`S HEROES have previously released two demo`s, one track on the "Chaos in Sweden" Compilation (feat. the New Breed of Swedish Oi!) and played about 20 gigs in only one year. Now they present their debut full length, it`s "Set to sail". 12 stormy Singlongs with english lyrics and the heart full of pride. Working Class punk rock at it`s best! So melodic! So energetic. So fine. It`s like Drinking beer with friends in the summer on a festival. Give `em a try, these lads are really kick starters!Tracklist:I don`t careWay of a manA true heroOutlive them allViolenceSet to sailJimmy LawBrother in beerBlue lights (of justice)Guns to the groundWhere we areKeep marchin on
