Exili was born in Lleida (Catalonia) in 2017 formed by 4 friends who wanted to make the music they had always liked, until today they have released two EPs "Almogàvers" (2018) and "Via Fora" (2019). A 12" split with the Americans Hammer And The Nails (2021) and a 12" with four bands from the label La Nostra Força (2022): Exili, Reconquesta, Dying Breed and Fightback. This double LP contains the mixing console recording of their concert with Ultima Thule in 1996 in the legendary Brennhaus in Dresden.Slightly better in quality than the Ultima Thule double LP from the same concert, as the tape was reworked in the studio. On side 4 of the double LP there are 4 tracks from the "All the Years" album as a rough mix to make the album full. So it contains a total of 21 tracks (the CD version that was released at the same time only had 17) and is limited to just 500 units on vinyl in this form.The whole thing comes in a gatefold cover and also contains an insert with concert photos and the best headlines from the state press.

This work contains the "dress rehearsal" just before going into the studio for the "All die Jahre" album. Recorded in the practice room in 1995. We had the whole thing reworked in a studio and we were able to win over a new, up-and-coming graphic designer for the cover design. The decisive factor for this release was the amateurish and crashingly failed attempt by the LKA Brandenburg (Department of Central State Security / Combating Terrorism) to have the following album withdrawn from circulation as worthy of indexing. The unprofessional approach of this so-called department is documented in detail and "involuntarily funny" in the supplement in a court-proof manner.The publication of the "erster Streich" demo, which was originally neither authorized by the band nor by us, gave us the final impetus to publish this recording in consultation with one of the two brothers.
