It seems like "Endstation Lethargie" by East End Chaos is an impressive album that stands out from other German Oi! releases. The description suggests that the band presents a mix of aggressive but melodic street punk with intelligent German lyrics. The two-part vocal performance and the skillfully used lead guitar give the album an interesting dynamic. What is particularly striking is that the texts address current social issues without drifting into stereotypical political phrases. The criticism of the inertia and stubbornness of the subculture gives the band a certain originality. It sounds as if East End Chaos operates on a higher level not only musically but also in terms of content. Recommending that other German Oi!/Streetpunk bands should take inspiration from East End Chaos suggests that the band is a breath of fresh air into the scene. Overall, “Endstation Lethargie” seems to be a successful release that is convincing both artistically and in terms of content. Many myths and scandals surround the legendary "Beck's Pistols" and the enduring mark they left on German punk history—ranging from their wild, raucous concerts to the forced name change (to "Pöbel & Gesocks") brought about by a German brewery. Frontman Willi Wucher became a cult icon thanks to his ferocious vocals and unbridled stage presence. Their raw punk style—devoid of any concern for sensibilities or etiquette—combined with their snotty, anti-social attitude effectively created a subgenre of its own: "Oi-Punk (Pervers)." The Beck's Pistols songs have arguably never sounded better than they do here, far surpassing the original studio recordings. "Beck's Pistols live im SO36" is now being released as a double 10-inch, strictly limited to 500 copies on black and colored splatter vinyl.Tracklist:Side A (Label Seite DIRK)01 Satanisten Satans 02 Pöbel & Gesocks 03 Palmen 04 Lust am Bösen 05 Circa Ja bis Nein Side B (Label Seite Schlüti)06 Land unter 07 Wo sind sie jetzt? 08 Typ mit dem Messer 09 Keule macht Beule Side C (Label Seite BENE)10 Für die Ewigkeit 11 Asozial 12 Phantasiegedanken 13 Lockruf der Wildnis Side D (Label Seite WILLI)14 Absturz total 15 Diego Maradona 16 Steh Auf! 17 Trabi Reiner 18 ErektionPressing Info:150 x black 250 x green with black/white Splatter 100 x exclusive Scene-Edition : blue white splashes
